How can I return my order?
Are you not completely satisfied with your ordered items? Too bad, but that can happen! If the items meet our conditions, you can return your order within 14 days. We will then proceed to a refund of the purchased amount.

What are the return conditions?
You can only return within the specified return period (14 days after purchase date).
The items to be returned must be unworn and undamaged.
The items to be returned do not contain any traces of use.
What is the return period?
You have the right to cancel and return your order within our 14 day return period. Within this period you can view and adjust your purchase.
Can I exchange my ordered items for another item?
Unfortunately, ordered items cannot be exchanged for another item. It is only possible to exchange one item for another of the same item. If you would like to receive a different item, we recommend that you return your purchase. If your return meets the conditions, we will refund the purchased amount. You can place a new order in our store for the item you want to receive.
When and how will my order be refunded?
As soon as we have received the return package, your return will be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Within a few days after processing your return, you will receive the purchased amount back into your account. The refund will be made via the payment method you chose when paying for your order. Do you opt for AfterPay? Then you will receive an adjusted invoice within 24 hours. If you have already paid the full invoice, you will be refunded the overpaid amount.
